Agreement
Last updated: 9 August 2026.
These Terms of Service apply when you access or use The Concierge website, mobile app, customer portal, API, notify forms, support channels, hiring portal, admin tools and related services.
By creating an account, accepting these terms, submitting a form, connecting an integration or using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use The Concierge for a household, business, employer or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to do so.
Accounts
You must provide accurate account information, keep it up to date and keep your password, devices and sessions secure. You are responsible for activity on your account unless caused by our failure to use reasonable care.
You must not share access with someone who is not authorised, bypass email verification, misuse another person's account or attempt to access admin, employee, hiring or customer records without permission.
The Service
The Concierge provides tools for household organisation, account management, dashboards, Butler assistant features, smart-home views and controls, notifications, planning, shopping, meals, vehicles, health summaries, support, subscriptions and related website or admin services.
Some features are live, some are limited, and some depend on optional integrations, mobile permissions, provider availability, valid credentials, app-store builds, network conditions or server configuration. We may improve, change, suspend or remove features where needed for security, reliability, compliance, product development or operational reasons.
Acceptable Use
You must use The Concierge lawfully and responsibly. You must not use it to harm others, invade privacy, break into systems, send spam, upload malicious code, scrape or overload the service, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, bypass access controls, interfere with provider systems or use the service for unlawful surveillance.
You must not submit content that is illegal, abusive, discriminatory, infringing, deceptive, sexually exploitative, harmful to children, or designed to obtain unauthorised access to another person's data or devices.
Integrations and Device Control
Optional integrations may include smart-home, camera, health, music, email, calendar, payment, finance, Google Workspace, hiring or notification providers. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to connect an account, home, device, provider or data source to The Concierge.
Smart-home and security controls are convenience tools and must not be relied on as the only safety, security, medical, emergency or life-critical system. You should keep physical access, provider apps, alarms and emergency procedures available. Camera privacy mode in Concierge hides live and thumbnail views in the app while recording may remain active through the connected provider or device.
Provider services are controlled by third parties and may change, fail, limit access, revoke tokens or require separate terms. We are not responsible for third-party provider outages, pricing, account decisions, data handling or hardware behaviour.
Butler and AI
Butler can answer questions, summarise account context and perform supported actions such as creating tasks, reminders, calendar events, shopping items, meal plans or supported smart-home actions. Butler may make mistakes. You should check important information and confirm safety-sensitive actions through the original provider or device.
Butler is not a doctor, lawyer, financial adviser, emergency responder, security professional or substitute for your own judgement. Do not rely on Butler for medical diagnosis, legal advice, financial advice, urgent safety decisions or emergency support.
Health Features
Health features are for personal organisation, summaries and trends. They are not medical devices and do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or emergency monitoring. Speak to a qualified health professional before making health decisions.
Payments, Plans and Cancellations
Paid plans, subscriptions, orders, refunds or future paid services may be handled by payment providers such as Stripe. Prices, billing periods, included features, trials, taxes and cancellation terms will be shown at checkout or in the relevant customer area.
You must provide accurate billing information and keep payment details current. Unless stated otherwise at checkout or required by law, access to paid features may end when a subscription is cancelled, unpaid or expired.
Your Content and Data
You keep ownership of content and data you add to The Concierge, such as profile information, tasks, notes, meals, device names, messages, documents, support requests or applications. You give us permission to host, process, transmit, display and use that content as needed to provide, secure and improve the service and as described in the Privacy Policy.
You must only upload or submit content that you have the right to use. We may remove content or suspend access if we reasonably believe it breaches these terms, the law, provider rules or another person's rights.
Hiring and Employment Tools
Concierge Hire and internal HR/admin tools may support vacancy, application, onboarding, document, Workspace provisioning and employee workflows. Submitting an application does not guarantee an interview, offer, employment, sponsorship, particular role, pay, rota or continued access.
Internal tools are for authorised team members only and may contain confidential employee, candidate, customer, operational or finance information.
Availability and Support
We aim to provide a reliable service, but The Concierge may be unavailable or degraded because of maintenance, internet issues, mobile platform behaviour, third-party providers, bugs, security incidents or events outside our reasonable control.
Support is available through the customer portal or our Contact Page. We may prioritise issues based on severity, account status, safety, security and operational impact.
Intellectual Property
The Concierge name, branding, software, designs, interfaces, documentation, templates, systems and service content belong to us or our licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.
You may use the service only as allowed by these terms and the intended product experience. You must not copy, resell, sublicense or commercially exploit the service without written permission.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms, created a security risk, failed to pay, misused integrations, infringed rights, broken the law or put other users, staff, providers or systems at risk.
You may stop using the service at any time. You can request account deletion through the customer portal or by contacting support. Some records may be retained where required by law or legitimate operational need.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, The Concierge is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of goodwill, loss of data caused by your failure to keep backups, provider outages, unsupported device behaviour or reliance on AI, health, smart-home, security, finance or other non-professional outputs.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users through the website, app, email or customer portal. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of United Kingdom, unless mandatory local consumer law gives you additional rights. Courts in the United Kingdom will have jurisdiction unless applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
